Our Events

Inclusive Community-based Events

Kākou Club creates opportunities for adults and teens 15+ with disabilities to build friendships, gain confidence, and experience their community. Members can explore O’ahu and try new experiences, all while feeling supported in a safe space where they can be themselves.

Our events also help foster understanding and inclusion in the broader community by bringing people of all abilities together.

Our events may be open to members, families, or the broader community, while some are reserved for Kākou Club members only to provide caregivers with valuable respite while our staff offers safe, engaging support.

We love hearing new ideas if there's an activity or community event you'd like to see, please send us an email!
