Join Kākou Club for a special Halloween-themed evening to connect and learn about the stars! We'll be gathering at Kahala Beach Park to talk story, share food, and explore the night sky with the help of a professional astronomer from Stargazers of Hawaiʻi.

• Come dressed up in your favorite costume (non-scary please)

• Talk story with community and share a potluck!

• Nick, an astronomer from Stargazers of Hawai'i will guide us in our exploration of the night sky

• Look through a large telescope and see the Moon, Mars, and stars close up!

• Learn how ancient Hawaiians and Polynesians used the stars to travel across the ocean
