If you have never tried yoga before, that’s perfectly alright! Our yoga classes are inclusive and designed for all levels and abilities.

Yoga has so many benefits for all, and especially people with disabilities. It can help to self-regulate emotions, develop body awareness, improve confidence, build strength and flexibility, and much more!
Classes can be adapted for all abilities including wheelchair users.
Sarah is 200 hour trained yoga teacher that makes classes fun, supportive, and accessible.
She currently offers private sessions.
